Responsibilities as Delivery truck driver

• Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks for pick-up and delivery of various items and products
• Maintain professionalism in customer service
• Sales of products along established routes
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Utilize maps and trip planning aids
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety
• Maintain records of items received and delivered
• Hand-deliver messages, parcels, and other items
• Provide exceptional customer service

Credentials Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses

• Class 5/5F/G License (valid for cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)

Experience and Specialization

• Transportation/travel experience preferred
• Local knowledge is an asset
